First of all, our courses are PRACTICAL as well as theoretical.
I could sell you a 2 day course where you just sit listening and
watching but on leaving the training the majority of students would
do nothing. Action speaks louder than words, so our courses

The first is that you will be coming to our IT training rooms
where you will have your own PC to do live searches on a
forthcoming online tax auction.

The second is that the training is split over a minimum of a
week and sometimes 2 weeks.

In the first session of training you will learn theoretical
information about the county's rules and regulations
regarding the forthcoming auction

You will be researching, instructor led but you will be
doing this on your PC, forthcoming online tax liens or deeds

You will also be given a list of the properties coming up in
the forthcoming online auction to enable research to be
carried out at your home

You will then return and you will be bidding at the online
auction

The day after the auction will again be another training day
where we will go through what you do if you have been
successful and what to do if you have not.
