We also provide additional features that allow counties to upload required forms
(ie W-9s, etc) and streamlines the transaction process. Start by following
the instructions below for joining the Tax-Lien-Database, and then access your
'Seller Preferences' to upload your forms.
Joining is easy! Use the same
online form as all members. To help our database administrators differentiate between investors and counties/parishes,
we ask that you please use the format CountyState (ie MaricopaArizona) when you
join. After joining, please
contact us, and our database administrators will
activate the additional features available to counties/parishes.
